We would highly recommend Margarita Fila for your relocation needs. She was so easy to work with. She started the process before we even left Oregon so we were ready to hit the ground running when we arrived in Georgia. We had a limited amount of time to find a new home in Georgia and with Margarita's help we were able to get a contract on the perfect home one week after the day we moved to Georgia. She was such a great help getting us through the due diligence period by finding all the contractors/inspectors we needed to check out our concerns with the basement and deck. She is very knowledgeable and gave us great advice through the whole process and what to do after the closing. We feel like she really paid attention to our needs and wants and took the time to get to know us. She went above and beyond from start to finish to make sure we moved into the perfect home for us.
