I have met many realtors in my life as I have bought and sold many of my properties and some of my own. Commonly encountered in real estate agents, regardless of state borders, are unprofessionalism, impatience, and money-centeredness without minding your rights as a seller/buyer. Meeting Christina was like I could finally breathe after being suffocated for so long. Christina was incredibly patient with our seemingly endless questions. They asked questions on our behalf that we hadn't thought of to make sure the house we were looking at had no hidden problems or was updated with code by a licensed individual/company. After entering escrow, Christina diligently made sure all inspections were in order, communicated with the seller's agent, and provided information on a daily basis. I'm not sure how you can have a better agent than Christina and the whole team. Whether you need to sell your current home or sell your building, you know exactly who to call when the time comes.

Christine is definitely the best realtor I can ask for. She clearly communicates and spends time with us to understand our needs, our criteria about a perfect house for us. Then she actively searches the market, alerts us the suitable houses every morning, tours the houses with us, does research for all related information to make sure there is no concerns with the houses... Given spent tremendous time for the process, but she never push us; instead she gives us the room for thinking and carefully making decision, even in that time of seller market when the buyers need to make decision very fast. As such, we finally found the best house for us. As the second-time homeowner, we are very picky in many aspects; but until now we are still very happy with this perfect house and do not have any regret in anything. Christine is the best agent to help you win in even the most difficult and competitive market. Now, the market is easier, then she would be even more than the best choice for you.

We met Christine at an open house, then we worked with her. She is very enthusiastic, motivated and nice. Sometimes we even felt like she bought the house for her, not for us:). She never pushed us to make any decisions that is the best thing we like about her. We would highly recommend Chrisitine to anyone looking for an agent to assist them.
