I've shopped here for years and have never been treated as anything but nice, respected, and felt that I was helped as friendly and professionally as possible with my requests as a customer. Reynolds and Bonnie have always been especially nice and friendly. This a great store, great clothes, and the staff here is all that you can ask for.

Absolutely, poor customer service with todays crew. I went in to buy something specific and luckily I knew exactly what I wanted. If I didnt really want to purchase this item I would have taken my business elsewhere. Atleast the young lady that checked me out was very customer friendly. The guy working with her skipped me in line and checked what I assume to be one of his regular customers out ahead of me even though I was standing at the register. I failed to get his name unfortunately. He was not customer focused at all.
