        Have been a Navy Federal Credit Union member for 25+ years and typically their service and support have been outstanding, both in person and by online access. But... the new NFCU online payment system for mortgages is terrible! The online mortgage payment system is now separate and poorly integrated with the NFCU banking system. (its almost like they haven't heard of each other) Mortgage Transactions can take 2-3 days to show up in NFCU Banking transactions with no way to verify your mortgage payment has been properly applied. This new online mortgage tool is a step backwards. Please fix.

        Horrible! As I was trying to rush to the branch before the closed I arrived just in time, so as I am walking to the door a short Caucasian lady with orange here runs to lock the door as i was walking to the door. Why wait until you see me coming to the door to close it. I use to like Navy Federal a lot but starting now to like it. Dont bother coming to this branch!!!!!!!!
