        Avoid cinch at all cost. The place is a joke. NOBODY returns calls and when you talk to someone they dont have answers and they person who does is never available. Zero stars

        Terrible customer service and I mean TERRIBLE!!! THUGS pick up the phone when you call the number listed. They do not accept principal payments REGARDLESS of how far out you have paid. This is after they told me they do before I accepted the loan through the dealership. They can't provide any paperwork saying I agreed. Greedy thieves!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
