Why the old lady with long grey hair is going into neighboring stores and complaining about long lines when she herself works in customer service . Ridiculous that I had to over hear that conversation as she was complaining to a staff about how she gave herself 10 mins and she was annoyed that we couldnt check her out within her allotted time that she gave herself , they were short staffed . Not shopping here again if she is still there

I had the best bra fitting/shopping experience of my life. The associate (I dont remember her name unfortunately) was extremely helpful and patient, and I ended up finding 4 bras that fit me well and Im absolutely thrilled about. Bra shopping is something I usually dread, but Ill definitely be back!

Nilo (Niloofar) was incredible! I came in with an online order looking to exchange for a different size. She was SO helpful and patient and even taught me the right way to wear my bras and the proper strap adjustment for when the sisters aren't twins. She brought me several different sizes in several different styles an was sure to check fitment so I would leave happy. 100% recommend this store. Especially if my girl, Nilo is working.

Unfortunately the worst in-store experience Ive had in recent memory. The retail associate that worked with us was very condescending toward my sister & I. We asked to be measured several times & she stopped short of refusing, insisting that her 10 years of experience made her capable of accurately assessing our sizes with just her eyes. Spoiler alert: I ended up coming back & exchanging my bra size because the one she picked out for me was wrong lol. I think she also forgot about us at one point & started helping another customer even though the store was quiet & other workers couldve assisted the new customer. I went back out onto the floor to find her after some time had passed in the dressing room. How she treated certain other clients when I came back to exchange my bra was like night & day and unfortunately, telling to me. I would not recommend this location if you care about inclusive customer service. Luna was the only associate that was nice. The products seem to be good quality.
