The Hotel at Avalon, Autograph Collection

Only stopped in for a drink at the bar with a friend. I get how bars work, you take care of patrons that tip well and and then everyone else... But when someone is ordering their first drink you don't brush them off because they're paying cash. Last I checked it's still a legal tender and it seems like a management problem that you don't have change when first opening, not a customer problem. Food & drinks: The bar seemed like a pushy crowd. It was a nice setting but I'm not sure I'll be back.

This is a lovely hotel. The location is perfect and the service is amazing. I stayed here in February on vacation and my mother fell ill. The manager Ms. Edith make sure she was taken care of completely. She checked in on us everyday. She recommended her a special tea which really helped her feel better. I felt really well taken care off. The service at the hotel is one of a kind. Breakfast at the hotels restaurant is amazing. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend for a vacation or a staycation. Will definitely be returning!

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Atlanta because the service is top tier. This stay in particular I fell ill and stayed in the rest of my stay. The manager Ms. Edith was so kind to make sure I was taken care of. She checked on me everyday. The whole staff was very kind and friendly. 10/10 experience.
