It's always a pleasant place to stay. Everything you expect when visiting, like family. Rooms: They keep clean, maybe vacuum under bed, ok. Safety: I felt very safe, no problems.

The room was the worst part of this hotel. We saw stains on the sofa and bed, and there were hairs that weren't ours on the bath towels. The hotel seemed very outdated, especially the rooms and carpet. The first floor also smelled like cigarette smoke. The "hot" breakfast was not very good. The biscuits, potatoes, and gravy were not being kept to a hot temperature in the buffet containers. For positives of this hotel, it is in a good location that is quiet and close to a lot of nice shopping. The front desk staff were also friendly.

Motel Overall 5/5 Value 5/5 Internet 5/5 Pros: Building seems new. All areas, including stairwells, were clean. Room was sizable. Everything was in order. Toilet flushed well. Check-in was smooth. Check-in clerk (who was either the owner or owner's family) was friendly and helpful. Location is good. Parking seemed plentiful. Breakfast was adequate. Cons: HVAC worked but controls didn't work properly, so I couldn't turn it off. Ice machines on second and third floors were out of order. Elevator door took forever to close. Luggage cart tires needed air. Time on bedside clock was standard time, not DST - I tried changing it, without success. For whatever reason, this corner of Alpharetta/Roswell was very quiet and sleepy on a Saturday night in spring. Highly recommended.

I need to write about the excellent customer service I received at this hotel. I came to Alpharetta for a procedure and after the surgery I needed to change to a handicapped room. Both Mr Sohan and Kamran are so nice and went above and beyond to help me out. They were super nice when we checked in but this was amazing. They were so accommodating and understanding and I wish all hotels were like this. I recommend staying here just because of them and when I come back to the doctor this is where I will always stay. Rooms: Clean. We had a nightstand with a drawer that didn't work. Within minutes Mr. Sohan was there to fix it. Food & drinks: Nice breakfast.
