Very well maintained in a peaceful location. Kiki scored me a handicapped room and while it did not have a walk-in shower, it was constructed with multiple grab bars that allowed for me to shower safely. Excellent breakfast

This is a nice place to get a room for a night or two for the amenities that you get it is well worth it and you don't have to bring your shampoo or conditioner they got it there for you in the shower and a workout room, a area to walk your animals because they are an animal friendly establishment and a free Continental breakfast every morning were there famous pancake machine and they serve complementary coffee at the front all day and all night not just at breakfast and also have a coffee maker in the room they have an area to use their computers if you need to the staff is friendly the maintenance man is on top of everything the hotel has been freshly painted an updated they have Wi-Fi in every room has a flat screen and a blow dryer in case you forget yours at home it's in walking distance of several different places to eat or shop they have a pool but it's not open until the weather permits they have six floors and it's just a good place to kind of get away for a little bit or for business trips whatever the case may be it is a nice place to stay for the family or for just your business trips or a weekend away with your friends they have a room for drinks candy snacks or any kind of laundry detergent or hygiene products you might have forgot it at home the pillows are fluffy in the employees are very informational and friendly and willing to do what they need to do to make you feel at home you should book your room immediately in person or online before they're all sold out I hope you enjoy your stay at the Holiday inn Express!
Rooms: There are different rooms to choose from I believe all the rooms have a refrigerator microwave hair dryer couch TV with cable and local channels a table to eat at extra blankets and pillows place to hang up your stuff add desk to sit coffee maker in the room an ottoman that you can also put things in
Nearby activities: Places to grocery shop Walmart Walgreens food places pretty much anything you can think of is in walking distance from the hotel you won't even break a sweat before you get there we're on the way back everything's that close
Walkability: Walking distance to just about anything you need to get to and there's also a Holiday inn Express van shuttle
Food & drinks: There's a room with food and drinks in it you can get the things you want to eat or any kind of hygiene or laundry things you might need to wash your clothes with at their washer and dryer facilities they have for everybody on site they are very inexpensive and clean as well
Noteworthy details: They have a workout room, on-site laundry mat for the guests to use, swimming pool,ice machines,free breakfast, complimentary coffee near the front desk all day and all night, a room with snacks drinks and whatever else you might have forgot at home,friendly staff, clean rooms and for all the amenities it is very inexpensive

I stay in 10-12 HIE properties in North Georgia.it can be a lot betterI walked in and apparently broke up a conversation with the person who greeted me and someone elsehe wasnt happyonly words out of his mouth werehere are you room keys.no greeting, no welcomeno thank you for being a diamond elite memberwhich I dont require but apparently its HIE policy because I get it everywhere I gono telling me about breakfastno direction as to where the elevator isNothing!!!!.I have had better welcomes from a disgruntled neighbor.the rooms just okthe AC thermostat never worked and they messed up the bill..so enjoy if you decide to stay herewhoever it was that greeted meNot sure if he needs to be in the..Hospitality business.obviouslyI wont be back!!!!

As a IHG rewards member I've stayed in several IHG properties. This has to be the worst ever. 1st room we were assigned was dirty, bed un made, etc. 2nd room was clean, but some outlets don't work, tub faucet was Jerry rigged with a shut off valve. Worst HIE ever. Go somewhere else.
