        This is the worst chick-fil-a Ive been to as far as food service! The three times Ive been to this location, my food has ALWAYS been cold. Ive had breakfast twice and lunch one time. Today, I ordered French fries due to me not wanting to try anything else, and unfortunately they were old and cold! I really enjoy this franchise but for this particular location, Ill never go back. Not even for water! Not to mention, their service is really slow. I dont mind waiting for my food but at least let it be hot and fresh!

        I ordered from this location in the mall yesterday at 7:27pm a spicy chx / w cheese meal. They had the order done in like 2 min. I never saw anyone cook or prepare, my sandwich tasted like it had been there for a while, my fires were brown and cold , the whole meal tasted like it was in a heated warmer not fresh at all, and no cheese on my sandwich which i paid for. So so so disappointing! I have never experienced this at a chik fil a.
