Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered a custom pizza with a stuffed crust. It was ready on time for me to pickup. Got it home to realize it had everything except for the stuffed crust part. I called and asked to have my pizza remade and was told, "I'm a little too busy right now." I was given the manager's number. I'm not sure how busy they really were, but when I walked in to pickup the lobby was empty and the only order in the pizza portal was my own. Called the owner to get a refund and was told we would be called back and still have not received a call back over an hour and a half later. Staff at the store could not issue a refund. I ordered a new pizza on the website and picked it up in under half an hour. Still waiting on my refund.

Came in and placed an order in person, had it ready fast. Very friendly staff.

This location does very poorly with their deep dish pizzas. I thought it was just one or two times, but I have gotten a deep dish pizza from them at least four times and they've always done it poorly. It's usually more crust than anything else. All other locations I've been to have done it great though. Edit: They seem to be a little bit better now, but they are still hit or miss on their deep dishes. They're always at least polite and quick.

This is my second time coming and this location is amazing and staff is amazing! The girl up front was amazing and took my order accurately. I live sandy springs and literally drive past there omw home and loving the location!
