        Beyond impressed with The Providence Group. Beginning with our first meeting with Michele in the sales office, she was fabulous, knowledgeable and professional, to going under contract, then working with Sean the builder with all of our walk throughs to completion of our townhome he was prompt with communication, quick to address any and all issues and made us feel very confident in their product! We were so happy with our townhome that we referred family to purchase townhomes in there too! They're just as happy as we are! Highly recommend and we are looking forward to buying more TPG townhomes! I wanted to follow up that I helped a client purchase a condo at The Maxwell in December 2023. Another smooth and seamless process, this time we were fortunate enough to work with Emily Kerr who is simply wonderful, efficient and the epitome of professionalism.
