Ed and his crew came out to replace a damaged driveway and I had them put a slab out back. The price was right, the concrete looks great and they did it all in a day. I will be using them again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a concrete contractor. Keep it up

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I spoke with Javi about pouring my driveway and we had a good initial meeting. Once the time came to pour however Javi changed the price from what was initially discussed a month prior. Javi came out and poured my driveway. The driveway came out discolored and is unraveling. My wife and I called and text Javi to come out to fix the driveway but no response. Finally Javi answered my call and says hes not coming back out to repair and to do what I got to do. I explained to Javi that the contract I signed with him states that any botched work is covered under warranty and that I wanted to exercise my right to use the warranty. Javi then says he will not honor the warranty because I didnt have enough gravel in place. Mind you, I had truckloads of gravel on site that Javi stated would be fine to use. Javi never mentioned anything about the warranty being void if a certain percentage of gravel wasnt used. In the end , I paid a lot of money to have my driveway done right and its not right. The entire company doesnt want to take responsibility for their actions. The receptionist who started out pleasant , now doesnt even answer our calls. I need my concrete done right , doing people and buisness this way , Artistic Concrete wont be around long.
