Overall, my online shopping experience was positive due to the great products. However, my visit to return clothing at the Avalon store was spoiled by a snobbish cashier, which had a negative impact on my day

I love this storemy Dad does too. Hannah is a STAR; and ooh (JP?) too! Cant quite remember the man stars name. In any case all are amazing in this store, though sometimes I feel like everyone else may be shy(?), because it does take a couple minutes to come out of their shells. My Dad and I can be semi-silly though. This store is beautiful. I would expect nothing else from Sundance!

Clothes are very nice a little pricey but nice. They definitely need to work on customer service in all aspects of the company, stores as well as on the phone. Most clothing items worth it.
