        Im sorry but I loved this complex at first and but its getting to be a little much. The utility charges are as much as it was in the 4 bedroom 3 bath house we used to have its ridiculous and it literally makes no sense. I havent had any issues with bugs in the winter when I first moved in there were a few roaches but not a big problem. My main issue is the utility bills. The grounds are beautiful but these apartments are older. You basically are paying for the area you live in. Its honestly not worth it. You can rent a house with a yard for cheaper than this place. I dont recommend it unless you have a well paying job..whatever rent is you need to add on a few hundred more dollars to that. Management is super nice and maintenance is very quick to I fix whatever issues you have. Its just super expensive to live here.

        It has been a great living experience for us these past 2 years here at St. Andrews - all of the basic amenities available + serene wooded ambiance + excellent maintenance service + friendly neighborhood. Besides, one is located within an earshot of shopping malls, doctors' offices, libraries, community parks, and restaurants!
