From the moment I walked in the place was inviting and calming The staff was above and beyond friendly.Dr Fields and staff explained everything to me, and my three year old as they were cleaning her cavities out. She was so comfortable and calm they were able to do everything in office using laughing gas without having to take her to hospital and use anesthesia to put her to sleep I was very pleased . I would definitely recommend them to anyone with small kids. It was way worth the drive.

We had our sons first appointment today. Hes 1 and a half and I was so nervous and worried he was going to freak out and it was going to turn into a whole scene. I thankfully was wrong, everyone was so nice and so patient with him. They werent trying to force him to do anything and they took their time to make him comfortable. He eventually warmed up to them and let them brush and floss and everything. He got a little care kit with a toy car and a balloon. He was so excited. I couldnt be anymore happy with our experience.

Ill give them a 1 star. The dental hygienist are very sweet. And we loved Dr. Fields. But Dr. Sellers is a hard rude man. I dont know why he even works with children. This office creates strict rules I have never seen at any doctor offices.. even the super nice and rich ones in Atlanta. They are always booked up. So if you get a cleaning done, they will schedule you up to 6 months out for any fillings which can get so much worse at that point. And turn into needing caps or pullings. You have 3 cancellations in like a 1 year time frame. If its more than that they will cancel you as patients. Its if you dont cancel 2 days before your appointment. If you do cancel they will charge you like a $65 fee. They will wave that fee if you bring in a doctors note. But only if that doctors note is for the exact date of your appointment. Not even a day later. Not even if you send in the doctors not stating of a fever.. They also have a new rule. If you are late a certain amount of times. Maybe in 1 year? I still havent even found out how many times it is. Even if they supposedly have a Grace period up to 10 mins late. They will also cancel you as patients. Even if your children have already been waiting 6 months to have work done on their teeth.. I think bc of how many patients they have that go to this clinic. They have started to believe they are royalty, meaning they dont give a crap about their patients health. I have 4 kids. 9, 6, 4, and 3. And I have had many times Ive come in and had to fight just to continue to get our already planned work done on my kids. When you already wait that long to get fillings done, and they frighten you with canceling you as a patient. You dont have time to find another dentist office that fast, especially for 4 kids. The staff members I have talked with are all robotic with their responses. They have no kindness, no grace, and no concern for your childrens teeth. I have even talked with Dr. Sellers. Who I believe is the one responsible for all the rules and unkindness. This clinic should feel so guilty. When my kids would come in so happy and full of joy just to be there. They didnt care to get to know them or talk with them about their teeth. Like a real doctor dentist should. People have so many other things going on in their lives. Like children who actually need serious surgeries done. A dentist office shouldnt be this serious. Especially if you already good patients who keep up with cleanings and daily hygiene. My kids loved coming here especially seeing Dr. Fields. And getting to watch their tvs above them. But its not worth the stress I have to go through for this clinic. I would rather drive hours away to a professional and kind clinic who is mainly concerned about your teeth.

My daughter has been going here for a few years. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. My daughter is autistic and they are so very patient and loving with her. However, today I would like to praise their OR coordinator for being so kind over the phone and helpful. Mrs.Kimberly, (I believe is her name) was just doing her job but somehow made me feel heard and that she cared about my individual issue. I know that has to be hard considering she deals with individual issues all day. Maybe shes a superhero, idk, but she made my day. Thanks Mrs. Kimberly!!

Dear Danielle Lee,Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely appreciate your candidness, and we regret to hear about your experience at our office. Ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our patients and their families is of utmost importance to us, and we take your concerns very seriously. We deeply value the relationships we have with our patients and strive to provide the highest quality of care in a compassionate and respectful manner. We're glad to hear that your experiences with our dental hygienists and other staff members have been positive. However, we're concerned to learn about the challenges you've faced with some of our office policies.Maintaining punctuality and adhering to our office policies is essential to ensure the smooth operation of our office and to provide the best possible care to all our patients. We understand that scheduling appointments for multiple family members can be challenging, which is why we have established our policies to accommodate the needs of all our patients as efficiently as possible.Regarding our cancellation policy, we enforce it to ensure that appointment slots are available to those in need of dental care. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, which is why we offer flexibility in waiving the fee with a valid doctor's note for the date of the appointment. Similarly, our policy regarding late arrivals is in place to respect the time of all our patients and to maintain the integrity of our scheduling system. While we do offer a grace period for late arrivals, repeated tardiness can disrupt our schedule and inconvenience other patients who have arrived on time for their appointments. We want to emphasize that our policies are designed with the best interests of our patients in mind, and we expect all patients to adhere to them respectfully. We value every patient's time and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of our office. We appreciate hearing from all our patients, as it helps us to continually improve our services and policies. If you have any further questions or concerns about our policies, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. We're here to assist you and ensure that your experiences with us are positive and stress-free.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
