Not sanitary at all everything about the place is dirty and dont even think about using the restroom its gross. But thats not even the worse of it my daughter was referred there for a root canal bc there is only a few places in Georgia that does them with her insurance. This place is a 2 n half hour drive one way for me and after making 2 trips of them just doing random teeth work when I gave them the referral at 1st visit they tried scheduling a third to do a filling so I asked why they were doing other teeth work besides what she was referred to them to do bc she has a dentist to do that they acted like they had no clue she was referred there for certain work. So after a 15 min fuss they found the referral and scheduled her root canal. We come back for her root canal and they mess her tooth up to the point they had to pull it and put a flipper in. So now my 11 year old has a fake front tooth she has to remove to eat or sleep due to a failed root canal. I do not recommend to anyone

Horrible experience. To start with the paper work they have you fill out says they will place their hand over a childs mouth if theyre screaming or strap them down if they move too much and not allowing parents back for children over 4 I told them if I couldnt go back with my 6 year old he would not be seen due to him being autistic and I was not comfortable signing the paper work. My 14 year old just wanted to stick it out and be seen so he could get a referral to the orthodontist. When they called the kids back we ended up leaving, we didnt make it past where they weigh the kids and it was disgusting. There was holes in the walls and smelled terrible my 14 year old said it looked like we walked into a horror movie and was ready to leave. I have never seen a dental office in such bad shape I dont know how this place is even in business
