        Just because I cant respond Ill gladly leave another review. My driver called and explained my food was given away, he told me he would cancel the order and Ill have to reorder. When he asked you to start remaking the food for me as I was going to replace the order you kept asking how you were going to get your money and were more concerned with getting your money for fixing your mistake then taking accountability. My husband runs 3 of his own business and takes accountability for his mistakes and not have people pay more of their own money for something he messed up. Thats how you run a business but clearly you dont know that. Have a great day Maam.

        I had went in there for a DoorDash order and it was missing and I wasnt really caring about it because I get paid all the time and I was like can you remake the order DoorDash will pay for it and she was like how is that going to happen? I was like I dont know they have money I dont get into all their finances and everything else And I was being a little loud with her but not like too crazy like as shes putting out seams and then she kicked me out. I went out and then I got another order to go in and she says I was trespassing and then she called the cops I said I have evidence to be here because I have a DoorDash order and she said Im not even allowed to go back in there and Ill never go back in there ever again because of that reason.

        You know the saying if I could give this place 0 stars I would the lady who owns this place or who was just working about 1 an hour and 1/2 ago is so distasteful and rude she should be fired! I will be making a complaint to the higher ups as well. Calling the cops on my door dash driver because you gave my food away to someone else is your mistake that you should have owned up to. Instead you wouldnt take responsibility for your own actions so you attacked others. I think you should find your new job at maybe McDonalds but that might even be too much for you to handle. Please learn how to handle situations more responsibly and learn how to be more charismatic and not a nasty idiot.

      There’s always two sides to a story. As a business owner your husband would probably appreciate it if you would stop leaving bad google reviews and handle the situation appropriately. I’m sorry you had a bad experience and I’m also very sorry the situation escalated the way it did but not only was I able to prosecute him for trespassing today and was kind enough to not to but I also had not only my employees but also several others in my cafe thank me for making him leave as he made them very uncomfortable and someone even feared for their safety. So maybe you could call and actually speak with me and find out exactly what happened. I have no problem fixing an order as I had already offered to do several times. You’re on the wrong side here and that’s completely fine but I assure you I had no issues remaking the order and I actually had them remaking it before the reorder was even placed. I even told him that it was being made. The police even told me they thought he wasn’t right in the head which is why I was nice enough not to press charges. Until you’re in this type of situation you really have no idea what you’re speaking on. If you want to talk about the situation and understand then you can call my store and ask for Brittany. I did what was right to protect the people in this building based off the way your driver was behaving and the general escalation of the situation I deemed necessary to call the police and mam if you can’t understand that I’m not sure what else I can do to make you see there was a serious problem at hand far worse than an order mix up.

      Mam, Perhaps instead of publicly shaming me as an owner you should have called and asked exactly what happened. If you think you can run an entire restaurant better than by all means, let me know when you open yours. The fault is 100% on the other door dash driver which I repeatedly explain to your specific driver who came into my restaurant in the middle of a rush belligerent and disrespecting me in front of an entire cafe of customers who also witnessed YOUR driver and his behavior. Not only did I offer to make your food server all times, despite the fact it wasn’t my fault, but I also asked him repeatedly to watch his tone with me and to speak to me like an adult instead of the loud and unruly behavior he exhibited within my restraint today.
