H2O Proof and Foundation Repair

I had a great experience with H2O, they were friendly and responsive. They explained what was happening and what needed to be done and they were more reasonably priced than other companies. They even cleared some items left in the crawl space by the previous owner in my crawl space for me! I highly recommend them! 10/10, great watches experience. I wish all repair companies and services were as communicative as H2O.

Miserable, expensive experience. Hired these guys for huge job to replace my foundation and dry out my basement and reframe the back of my house. $82,000+ and basement is still wet. They hung doors, all of which had to be redone. Built stairs which have to be ripped out and rebuilt. Hung windows unevenly. When I tried to get them to fix their shoddy work, no response. Three months later they surface and say they will fix it all by June 23rd. Today is June 25th and they are a no show, no communication. The whole experience felt like a grift. I'll be meeting with my lawyer. Geez.

H2O Proof were excellent folks to work with in my basement wall repair and shoring. My original foundation repair company had an emergency come up and asked if I would allow H2O to come in and do the repairs in their stead. Glad I said Yes, these guys came out and assessed the job, and got right on the problem. Their man, Tim, was very knowledgeable about the carbon fiber installation and spent additional effort to ensure the substructure was sound. Red and Eric were also a good men to work with and even though we had a minor scheduling hiccup, they made it right and in the end everything was done in an excellent manner. These are not high pressure drainage folks, but real professionals looking at a problem and ensuring the correct and financially appropriate solution is presented for consideration. I hope never to have to use them again because their work is flawless, but I highly recommend the company to anyone dealing with foundation or water intrusion problems.
