My wife and I would like to thank The Grattafiori Group for their guidance and assistance in selling our house - John and Karen were fantastic to work with - They posted pictures of our house on a Wednesday, had two showings on Thursday the next day, and two full price offers the following day - The entire process was seamless - we had interviewed a couple of other Realtors to list our house with, but chose The Grattafiori Group as we felt they best understood our needs, our quick sale and closing validated our chose, John and Karen were super.

John + Karen made my wife and I feel just like family from the start! Having made a cross-country move, we couldn't have asked for a better recommendation. They were patient with us throughout the whole first-time home-buying process. Plus they definitely know their stuff (the area, price trends, etc). Would absolutely recommend.

We were searching the Acworth area for a new home. I arranged for personal interviews with key area agents. Before the meeting the Gratifiori's began sending me potential homes based on our phone conversation. This couple is extremely well informed on the region, personable, funny and pay attention to the client's preferences. They took pictures and measurements whenever I requested to save me a long trip, conducted a video conference walk through on the home we chose 20 minutes after it came on market to insure, we made an informed offer. I highly recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to waste time and desires targeted selections. We had to deal with a rookie seller agent and difficult seller, but they made the situation easy. We have become friends over the last 9 months and that's important to us. If I could give 10 stars.....
