Trash Taxi Of Georgia

Terrible SERVICE!!! The 1st time they picked up my trash I brought the trash to them and the driver gave me the most disgusting look then ignored me. This time they left trash in my yard! I'm calling to have this service terminated if possible. These people literally make picking up trash the hardest job in the world. I've never had such a terrible experience with a TRASH PICK UP SERVICE in my entire life! If you have a choice DO NOT use this service.

Terrible Service Recovery - Temple, GA Not impressed compared to the young man who owned Georgia Waste company in Temple, GA previouslyabsolutely wonderful service and a great company to work with for 3+ years when we purchased the home. Trash Taxi team, you may have bought that business, but you certainly are not that business from my experience. We do pay for home/curb service and we make sure we pay on a quarterly basis. Last Thursdays weekly pick up was missed and after making three (3) calls to Trash Taxi and being told 2x that service would be taken care of today (4/8) it still hasnt been resolved as of 6:00pm. Im not mad about the missed service..stuff happens. Im frustrated by the multiple calls Friday and again today with make up service promised but not delivered upon. Plus Im fairly sure Ill get a complaint for having 2 weeks of garbage when you finally do provide service.funny though, Trash Taxi, your team had zero issue when you accepted my money at the last quarterly payment. I also found it interesting that each time we called Trash Taxi, the service rep knew our address immediately so you have a method for tracking customers and open ticketsyou just choose not to work them to closure. The reason we were given for our service not happening on our Thursday weekly schedule was due to the driver having too big of a truck on our route..with no communication to us at all and just skipping the service all together. Hate to say it, but that is not my problem and has zero to do with the service Im paying for. Recommendation - Deliver what you set as a service expectation. Being here today would have been a great service recovery storyinstead it has me wondering if I need a need a different Waste Management supplier. Mike Glover Temple, GA

People make sure that you make a payment for the full amount or a balance for $10.00 and they will pick up your trash. If there is a balance of more then $10.00 they won't pick up your trash. If you make 75% payment and make an online arrangement for 2 weeks for the rest your trash won't be picked up. They don't care if are having money issues or lost your job, all they care about is money. Since I already made the payment, I will stay with them but in 2 months I am going to go with another company. I like being a loyal customer and hate switching companies but at this point they give me no choice. It's sad because I have had this company since I bought my house more then 7 years ago and this is the first time doing a split payment due to a lose of a job and yet they won't pick up my trash and recycle. When I first moved to this neighborhood Trash Taxi bins were in almost every house but as time has passed some houses has switched companies.
