        JD (Im assuming is a nick name) is the most rudest person w ever spoke with! A simple call in a topic Ive never spoke to anyone about turned into him telling me I was wasting his time and he could be doing something Better than explaining to me Why Im paying more than what I was paying before He kept cutting me off as I was trying to relay my concerns and he then hangs up on me! He made me feel like NOTHING! He raised his voice as if Im his child was very disrespectful! I gave Rent a center sooooo much money Ive never missed a payment! Or caused any issues! This is the first location Ive ever had an issue with! Even down to having a delivery driver deliver items while being high on drugs and when I reported that concern to JD! He did nothing and was super rude then! Im NEVER doing business with Rent a center anymore DUE to this Location! And the fact that NOTHING WILL BE DONE is discussing!
