        I bought a piece of furniture for the television and it arrived broken and the very arrogant lady told me that she couldn't exchange it that she was going to order the parts and they never arrived. Then I changed it for another piece of furniture and it took two months for it to arrive, really, my bad service and very bad experience people are very rude

      Hello. This info is not completely true. The piece you ordered did arrive with a defect and we would have been happy to exchange it, however you chose to order a different TV stand that is not in stock and had to be ordered.
