        Charged me an upgrade fee after I was promised I would not be charged. Phone Case dropped 2 inches on the carpet and cracked. They refused to replace. Response to your reply: There won't be a next time. Your canned response means nothing to me. Still waiting to offer to replace the defective case or address the upgrade fee. You made no offer to do that. Your don't stand behind your product.
