        Unprofessional and needs to be reviewed by the bureau. Takes on jobs and does not follow through in a timely manner, then argues with customers and other people in a childish manner. Save yourself now do not go to this business you will wait forever and not get your things when you need them. She only likes to make herself sound good with giving her own self a 5 star review!

        This lady is very UNPROFESSIONAL!! SHE has held my Aunts couch for OVER A YEAR!! when i tried to get an understanding from her and work something out on my aunts behalf all she did was cut me off and make excuses about why the couch was not delivered. Do not use her service such a disgrace. Update:As everyone can read this lady is only in defense mode and maam if you are going to state facts make sure they are TRUE! dont leave out the part you CONTINUED to over talk me asking what am i even saying.. I came at you wanting to get clarity but you only gave excuses! Why would someone Give u. $500 a YEAR AGO and not pay for the rest of the work. You stated your delivery guy basically said you wont get paid for leaving her couch so are you being a stereotypical person based on what? I hung up on you cuz im not aeguing back and forth and degrading my intelligence with you but by all means keep proving my point as to why NOBODY SHOULD EVER USE YOUR SERVICE! REPORTS HAVE BEEN MADE! And where is the pucture of the couch u wete sending.. Oh ok!

        I have been waiting 15 weeks for my drapes and bedroom cornice. Again today I was to have them installed only to find out that now Cheryl is sick but doesn't have the cornice completed so she couldn't install it even if she was well. The reviews I've read praising her for speedy delivery have to be a joke when I have waited 15 weeks.

      You are incorrect. I picked up the sofa end ofJanuary 2022. I did deliver it completed on Sat. June 25, 2022 after I spoke with her that day and she wanted it to be delivered and she was not home when I arrived with it.. I called her and she repeated saying to me to just leave it on her porch. When I said I needed payment on it she just said we will talk about it. So I did not leave it for the reason of getting paid for the balance and labor. When you, Carrie, spoke to me on the phone on her behalf I tried to explain my reasoning. You hung up on me. She tells me she will pick it up from me and that is what is expected at this point. I will discuss payment with her before she picks up. Thank you for any understanding on your part. I dont think anyone would just drop off without full payment.
