GameStop

Paid $53 for this power cord (which is already a lot but whatever). Went home and ended up finding another cable tucked away in a drawer. Went to return this one and they wouldn't let me because this little sticker was broken (which I didn't even do but that's neither here nor there). As you can see, it's still completely unopened, untouched, wrapped up and everything. If I'm paying a premium for a power cable, I should at least expect a good customer service experience from the store. Definitely not the employees fault, but a very silly and disappointing policy from GameStop. Do better.

Went to buy a controller for ps5 the piece on the shelf was lower than the ring up price. Jokingly said customer is always right can I get it for the price it was listed on the shelf? The clerk said let me see what I can do . Ended up giving me 5% off and had a friendly conversation. Great customer service.

Great service, awesome assortment. They do have new inventory daily,I would guess...could be a better interior,otherwise a great spot to visit!
