They have been getting better over the years. Our HOA still needs A LOT of work, and the office hours.....seriously only 9am to 12 pm weekdays? At least hire someone to stay in the office and answer phones and take in person payment 9 to 5 like every other office. The staff has been nice to work with lately though.

Joyce is terrible - there is a reason someone left a terrible review about her harassing them 3 years ago. Shes clearly emotionally compromised from mental illness

It is always such a pleasure going into the office. I have lived in the highlands for over 35 years and have had exceptional service from this company. I have never had an issue getting a hold of them any time of the day. I understand theyre out in the community working for the homeowners and not behind their desks being unresponsive. Of course people who do not want to follow rules and regulations complain about them because they would prefer to let their dog bark all day, or park their cars where they should not be, or bang on shared walls all night. Paine Anderson staff is always diligent to take care of our problems but first requires approval of the board of directors they work for. Its a shame when people report the staff for being rude when they simply are defending the communities they work for. I see someone made mention they were a tenant in the community, to my understanding an HOA management company can not speak with tenants because it is a conflict or interest. People want to bully hard working people for doing their job. Paine-Anderson never asks anyone to give them a positive review. That company was here when I moved into The Highlands and they have 20 bad reviews. I could never do their job and give the commitment they do to their job, not when the community doesnt deserve their kindness and professionalism. And yes, I know some of these ladies, because I have lived in the community for over 30 years and I have dealt with them that long to know they are gracious fair people who would do anything for you and not because they are paid to.
