Kim Coburn sold two residential properties in Tuscawilla for me. What set this experience a part from other realtors I have worked with is that I am out of state and Kim's team coordinated so much more than a straight sale. Both properties needed maintenance and light remodel prior to sale. Her team expertly handled everything and put my mind at ease even though I could not be there. They also conducted staging and a prompt review of the best offers. Despite all of this, her commission is competitive. I would absolutely call on Kim and her team again in the future.

Seeking a home from out-of-state would normally present some level of difficulty...but with the current real estate market, our challenges were numerous.
