I came to the Jos A Banks Winter Park location to get my groomsmen suits for my wedding. Let me start by saying the Winter Park team are all very kind, professional, and thorough in assisting my whole team was taken care of. The online feature to manage your group, rentals, and process was very useful. They also ran an amazing promotion for a $250 credit for six paid rentals which helped me as the groom tremendously in purchasing my tuxedo features. But there is one particular individual who I need to ENSURE is recognized. Clemente, the store manager. Clement is welcoming, kind, patient, knowledgable, and efficient. He was so patient and helpful to not only me, but with my group. While the matter, he still recognized every customer in store and acknowledged them waiting to get to everyone as quickly as possible. He is an asset to the Winter Park team running so smoothly. Thank you Clemente every possible amount of assistance you provided.

Truly the worst tailoring experience I've ever had. They have no idea how to tailor to a body shape whatsoever and I ended up looking like a Scooby doo villain after they take off the mask. A complete box with no shape at all.

Worst experience ever. We came in weeks ago to order for wedding came back today nothing fit wrong sizes, cant get vest lining in in time now so thats out. I asked the manager for a corporate number to see if anything could be done and he gave me his card (Mr. Clemente) so rude, thinking I wouldnt know it was him and said nothing we were in there for 4 hours now have to go back again no apologies no nothing. There were probably 7 people working. Do NOT go here unless you want poor service and you want to sit there for HOURS!!!!!! Poor service is the biggest understatement. Management is terrible.
