        Would give 10++ stars if possible! Walter and the team are amazing. We were there recently buying and renting 2 tuxedos. Walter treated us like family - there was absolutely no rush and felt stress free. Superb service and definitely exceeds other stores we've gone to for the same service.         My experience with Jos. A Bank was as the father of the bride for a a very complicated bridal party using Jos. A Bank shops in 5 different locations from Tennessee to Florida for a location wedding. I was fortunate enough to work with Paul Hiner and Assistant Manager Alex in Palm Beach Gardens. We had a problem which was then compounded by a holiday and then a storm in Tennessee which no doubt impacted a FedEx shipment. Long story short, the problem was rectified the day before the wedding and the bride was none the wiser. My sincere thanks to Paul and Alex. In addition, Alex did the right thing when it came to a refund for an expense for additional time to return the tux was anticipated but not needed. 4.5 stars!

        The suit I got isnt bad but the tailoring work is BEYOND unacceptable. For the love of god, if you get a suit here get it tailored somewhere else.
