They also put a 2014 smg pump on my car in 2021, I was told by other mechanics it had to be used because these parts dont sit on shelves for that many years. I know it was manufactured in 2014 because its stamped on the part. Shea is all about denying and not resolving. I asked to speak to the owner and Shea refused to let me.

Went in for an 8am appointment. Shay at the front was very rude from the beginning. Automatic attitude. She sent over paperwork and said it was filled out before 5:00pm the previous day as she requested and she said it was not sent over even though it was before 5:00pm the previous day. I have never been treated so rudely by an employee. If you dont want to do your job then quit you cant be treating people like that. Would not recommend this place and Shay should be fired. Shes turning away customers from your establishment. 0/10 would not recommend.
