I bought a new RAV4 with the assistance of Alian Barrera. Alian was so polite and patient and wanted to ensure I was happy with the vehicle. I never felt pressured or rushed through the whole process. From the first moment Alian was happy to help. He has such a good energy that makes buying a car enjoyable. I will definitely go back and continue business with Autonation in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised by how "painless" the process was. A bit boring but painless. I have to give high praise to Marielus and Jonthy for their dedication to helping my wife and me get new vehicles. In my opinion, they went above and beyond my expectation. Also, Micheal the finance manager, and Shekkar deserve some praise because they too took into consideration that my family needed these new cars. Our old ones were not worth repairing and they made the effort to find a deal that worked for me.

I went there on 3/26/2021 to get my vehicle serviced. My appointment was for 10:45AM and I arrived at 10:41AM. A representative came to me and verified my appointment. I then waited 15 minutes for my advisor. Once I spoke to my service representative, I waited inside the dealership for my vehicle to be ready for me. At around 1:00PM, I received my vehicle. I felt that two hours was a bit long for an oil change and tire alignment, but I also think the quality of the work was exceptional.
