Andrew sold our house in less than 24 hours, before it was even public. All our worries about selling quickly dissolved with his assistance. Andrew and Lisa are the best! We have now bought two houses with them, and they were awesome and super professional throughout. Having worked with another realtor recently that we have not been very happy with, it made us appreciate even more what these two have to offer and how responsive they are. First of all, they really know their stuff. When we first were planning to move to Florida, we had met with another realtor, and she was clearly inept and inexperienced. When we spoke with Andrew after that, we could tell right away that he knew what he was talking about and that we would be taken care of. He's been doing this for a long time and knows how to deal with people of all kinds. He took our perspectives seriously, showed us a bunch of houses, and made things happen. We found a house we loved that day. Then throughout the entire closing process, which was very stressful because of the seller's lack of ethics and because of our being out of state, Andrew and Lisa were there to support us, inform us, and solve problems for us every step of the way. I don't know what we would have done without them. We knew we could come to them with questions and for reassurance that everything would work out alright. They really had our backs, and so when it was time to purchase a property for my husband's parents, we had already asked their advice, and they already had something in mind for us. We saw it, and it was indeed ideal. We would not hesitate to recommend Andrew and Lisa to anyone and we will be working with them again should we have any other real estate needs in Orlando.
