Deb Schroeder is definitely, by far, the best real estate agent I have ever worked with! Her attention to details, ability to anticipate potential issues and offer multiple possible solutions, and the fact that she has a wonderful group of professionals working with/for her, enabled my experience with her to be short and sweet (she successfully helped us to find the buyer for our house very quickly). I would recommend her to any one who is trying to sell or to buy a house.

Rented one of their properties for about two years now. Not only is Tamara super sweet, she always communicates with me and makes sure I am taken care of. Always responds very quickly. Our a/c went out and she went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of and had the AC fixed within a day or two even had someone bring a small unit so we didnt overheat in the meantime . They were selling our condo and I was very nervous and scared about the process but she explained it to me and I was still hesitant you never know but it went EXACTLY HOW SHE SAID. Quick fast and everyone was so respectful. She worked with me and always made sure I was comfortable with what was going on. I highly recommend this company. Always transparent always friendly and super trustworthy. 10/10! Thank you Tamara!!!!!
