Steven was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process, from our first conversation to purchasing my home. I was referred to Steven from a good friend of mine who also had an excellent experience and have been very happy with everything. This was my first time purchasing a home, so I wasnt sure exactly how everything worked or the general process of things, but Steven was completely honest, friendly and treated you like a friend. When we toured each of the properties, Steven was very knowledgeable of everything, including the neighborhood when I had a few questions about the HOA and overall process. Once I was ready to apply for the mortgage, Steven was there for any questions I had as well which was great. When it came time to complete the closing, I received a few gifts for the new house including a custom-made sign which came out awesome. Im looking forward to hanging it up in my new home soon. Overall, if youre looking for a highly professional, detailed and honest realtor, I would highly recommend giving Steven a call you will not be disappointed.
