This was my second time using Gosselin Realty and my first time with Chris Govatos as my realtor. Chris is great! He listened to our needs and showed us only properties that were right for us. He was always attentive and patient. We closed last week and I couldn’t be any happier. We strongly recommend Chris.

Do not use Gosselin Realty when attempting to rent one of their homes. Based on my experience, their service was unethical and deceitful. Prior to submitting my application for a rental they had available, I was asked a few questions about items that might affect my approval. I was completely honest and requested at that time the list of requirements so that I may not pay application fees in vain. Those questions and requests went unanswered leading me to believe that I my application would be considered. I paid an application (2 people) for them to tell me that I did not qualify based on information I had previously disclosed. But before being denied the home I received a call letting me know that I was approved for the home as long as an additional month's rent was deposited. And an hour later was told that another application was received and that a decision would be made next day. If only they had provided a list of requirements or told me what was expected I would have not wasted my money and time.
