I am rarely impressed by realtors. Most just go through the motions. I have bought and sold several properties with realtors or alone. Hayden Milanes impressed me which is rare. We are not familiar with Orlando so of course I will use a realtor. He directed us to the perfect new construction based on our timeline and what we wanted. This is what a realtor is supposed to do. What he did to impress me is that he answered my bombardment of complex questions, showed me data, and knew the answers to all of it. When I meet someone trying to win my business I overwhelm them with complex questions to see if they are a thinker or just a lemming working the cogs. He is a thinker. I have only had one other realtor impress me like this in my life.
