I like to start on how impressive this company truly is I was searching for the best company to deliver me the best flooring with a price that was going to be friendly to my budget. I came across this website and I requested a quote Mario Izquierdo Came out to give me a quote. I had explained to him that I was shopping around to see what was going to fit my needs He was extremely detailed, and the confident that he has in his company really stuck with me presentation communication Mario did amazing amazing work. Mario was extremely understanding with what I was looking for and respectful to what I wanted to do right after he reached out and had open door policy with him of whatever I needed and we can talk. I was very honest with Mario and told him I found another company that was able to do it at a little cheaper price. He told me give me 15 minutes and Ill call you right back the fact that this company worked so well with me and my family and meeting all expectations and more I cant find the words enough to say, how truly blessed and amazing Mario and his whole team was to me. We set the deal and we came to a date for us to be able to work on the floor. The two gentlemen that came out were extremely professional and extremely nice and so well organized and detail at work I cannot express how happy I am overall from the moment I met Mario to the end of the project. Everything was more than what I expected. I am so happy I no longer have to search for the right company to continue the flooring in my house. I will be sticking with them and I will recommend them hands-down to anyone that asked me about my flooring. I am so happy that Mario and his company was able to work with me on budget and on the best floor we can get Overall your team did amazing as a manager. I would be extremely proud of my team overall thank you Mario and to your team for everything you have truly done you do your work very well and it shows on the professionalism and detailed person you are. Main reason we chose Floor Coverings is because of Mario. Hes extremely knowledge, friendly, and transparent. Were not floor experts and having Mario navigate us thru options, features, and benefits made our decision process easier and fun.
Wilson continue the experience by providing a finish product that were happy to have in our home and show off to others. He made sure to brief us on tile direction options, make a sensible recommendation, and advise us on which threshold hed need to use based on flooring height Im feel a bit closer to being an expert.
