I needed 37 pages scanned to email. I was charged $2/page. That is outrageous! After I complained the manager agreed to give me a 50% refund. Please dont make the same mistake I did. The UPS Store on W Hillsborough in Town & Country charges $3.75 per document. A HUGE difference and the staff there is super friendly. I certainly can understand making a profit in business but this is ridiculous.

At 2:56 PM on a saturday the guy in the store locked the door on my face. Understand the close at 3 PM. Nevertheless, he saw me carrying a heavy box but apparently it was time to close early.

I just don't seem to learn...lol.  This store has a bad staffing issue.  90% of the time, there's only 1 person working, and there will be 4-5 people in line.  6 minutes per customer = and average 25 minute wait.  I frequent this store as it is the closest to me.  May make sense to map out another location and test them out for wait times.
