Worst service ever !! I made my reservation 1 week ago and they didnt have my truck ready !!! Worst rental company !! Never use their services !!

NEVER RENT A UHAUL FROM A RESTAURANT!!! Absolutely clueless. Reserved online, woman handed me a key in the restaurant and said "here just take the one behind the building" without her even doing an inspection. 1st red flag. So I go back to get the truck, 1st thing I notice is the coded lock on the gate, so I jump in to drive it up front to get the code, that's when I notice the fuel tank is empty. 2nd red flag. So I drive it up front and the woman tells me that uhaul will send me a "secret code" for the lock that she had no clue was even on there in the first place. 3rd red flag. When I mentioned the fuel she said don't worry about just take it. 4th red flag... handed her the key and GTFOT.... So no inspection report so I would have been liable for any damage when I got back that I didn't cause. empty tank so I would have had to pay to fill a 30gallon tank or whatever it is for fuel I didn't use. The door was locked so if I hadn't noticed I would have been screwed when I went to load up. 0 stars.. come on Uhaul you can do better.

I called not only did the woman who answered not tell me where I am calling I had to ask if this was Uhaul then after I asked is this Uhaul? she said yes I dont have anything open mind you I never even asked my question.. so huge turn off from this company not sure if theyre independently owned but this location left a bad taste in my mouth. Answer the phone and allow people to know where they are calling to and two let people ask a question before you start talking.
