This company is truly a gift to the septic tank business.Called Elena and she promptly sent us a hard working/knowledgeable crew (William and Oreste) out to rescue our flawed ancient septic tank.They not only cleaned and restored the septic tank, but then used a new Jettsie high powered pressure water cleaner to clean the drainage pipes back into the house. Great job done and total service at a very reasonable price.

Where can I start with my experience with the number one best plumber company in West Palm Beach area, how they do all the major work for the county and state, there's nothing they can't tackle. That's what they explain to me when I called to get my toilet unclogged. Was told I would have someone arrive between the hours of 10 AM and 2 PM. No one showed up to my door to till 6:30 at night because they're a 24 hour service so i guess that means if they keep running late all day they'll just arrive at any time even 2 AM, all I needed was my toilet snaked, when I called the office I wanted to explain a lot more, but I can talk to a secretary, can't talk to an actual plumber so they could see if this is something they can even tackle, they charge $350 just for snaking the drain, kind of high in price but I figured if anybody could handle this job it's gotta be them how their secretary sold it on the phone, when the two technicians finally arrived, they did not speak a word of English. I do not care what race you are, what color you are or where you where born but if your going to choose to live in a specific country, no matter what country that is and you're going to work there and have customers depend on you I think you should learn how to communicate with the natives, or the higher ups in this company should have definitely have at least one guy on the team that could speak English. So after watching the two technicians take apart my sewage drain, trying to unclog the drain from opposite direction so if that did unclog , it would have spilled raw sewage all under my trailer. (I'm talking 50 gallons of raw sewage) they decided to leave without even waving goodbye, they left my toilet unhooked dirt all over my bathroom and my water shut off. Why? because I complained to the manager that they sent to guys out to my home in the dark that can't speak a word of English, they wanted me to call the office and they would translate back and forth and that's what we did but he apparently I'm in the wrong to be upset because I can't communicate with my technicians so now they left my place screwed up, still clogged toilet and a big mess to clean. I highly recommend NOT doing business with this company, take your money else where.

I had a fantastic experience with SPEEDY ROOTER! Their team, especially Bryan and Mark, provided top-notch service. They removed my septic tank and connected the sewer to the city efficiently. Great communication, professional, and reliable. Highly recommend!
