Just had a plumber from Ace here this morn to put in a kitchen faucet and they tried charging me $2000! Said the Moen faucet I just paid $150 for was faulty and I need to replace it and put a filter before the faucet to stop debris. My gut started screaming at me after googling what it should cost worst case scenario so I told them to leave. Home Depot said they would find me another plumber but we'll see. Just feel like they tried to take advantage of two seniors who don't know a lot about plumbing. They said they'd bill me but I say go ahead. They wouldn't even answer the phone when I tried calling the office!
