The assistant manager Anthony is extremely professional,courteous and very knowledgeable. Please support this local tmobile as all the employees are very helpful.

I have doubts about the honesty of some of the employees at this establishment. Specifically sales rep # ****777 I did not even get his name but thats the info on my receipt. Anyway, I visited the place with a specific purpose in mind, but I left with products that the salesperson pressured me into purchasing. Despite only seeking assistance with upgrading my phone, I was convinced to buy a phone I did not want, enter into a new contract acquiring a watch. Moreover, a screen protector was applied to my phone without my consent, and I discovered a charger in my bag that I had not knowingly purchased. Customers visit the phone store with the intention of buying what they desire, not to be coerced by an unhelpful salesperson into purchasing items they have no interest in. I understand that they are a salesperson and have sales targets to meet, but please ensure that customers give their consent before making them buy things unknowingly. This man actually instructed his manager to "fetch me two watches, one as bait," didnt even try to hide it. simply because my significant other was present. It's unbelievable how some individuals are willing to manipulate others into purchasing unnecessary items. To top it off I had to sit on the phone for an hour with T-Mobile a day later because he was lazy and added the watch to my personal line when I told him it was going on my business line. Im upset I didnt ask for help from the young lady I had previously talked to the visit before this one. 1 star I am not happy. He is bad representation of T-Mobile. Ive never in my life had someone keep trying to convince me after Ive already said NO.
