Best Avis experience ever. I swore off Avis after the last time I rented from another Avis location. We rented a Tesla. The person at the desk was very helpful she walk us through everything in minutes. Will definitely come back again. Best and fastest customer service I ever experienced at a rental location.

I had a wonderful experience renting a car from Avis in December 2022. Jessica at the counter was efficient, clearly explained the terms of the rental and any add-ons, and I was out the door with my rental in less than 15 minutes. The location in the new Brightline station is extremely convenient if youre visiting West Palm from Ft Lauderdale or Miami. In general, Ive always had positive experiences with Avis compared with other rental companies and this location still managed to exceed expectations.

Michelle works on Saturdays she is just a gem!! We came the Saturday before and a week after she remembered all our details : name, what we were going to do the previous weekend, phone number, address . what a prodigious memory. This girl should be putting her genius memory to another use. Somebody hire her!!
