Colonial ALF at WPB is one of the BEST ALF Ive been to hands down. The staff and facility has always been in tip top shape and performance. I specially want to recognize your sites manager Ms.Nichelle. Ms.Nichelle has always been very pleasant and informative, very hands on with the residents and staff, and they all seem to love and respect her very much. I will definitely refer anyone whos looking to place a family member in an assistant living facility this should be there one and only place.

I called to speak with the Nursing Director. I was calling to to connect in regards critical services for their residents lift chairs and mobility scooters, which is hard to come by. I was laughed at and said they were not interested. The people who answered the phone laughed at me and denied me to speak with the nursing director. They then hung up the phone. I called back and my phone call was ignored. Very unprofessional.
