I will speak about my experience of living in the carlton. First I do see some negative comments, if you are looking for one you will not find it on this post. SO let's talk about some positive things first, the gym is clean and amazing better then any gym I've seen. The property is cleaned just about every morning, even on a Saturday I've seen them picking up any trash. The pool is like no other, th Fire pit is just wow, with the sunset the fact that your children can play safely outside without leaving the grounds, is a big plus. Now the office staff, great friendly the maintenance guys, I've had two small problems witch both resolved the next business day. I've see some reviews that are just negative, most people leave out that this property, is key fob access pool gym everywhere witch mean you or your family, can walk your dog or go get the packages safely. You will hear some noise from time to time you live in a apartment complex. If you don't wanna hear people go buy a house. So carlton thank you for your hard work and efforts, to the maintenance guy's keep up the great work that is my review unfortunately not everyone will be happy those, are the one's you will never make happy. So if you want to live in a beautiful, safe community then welcome home
