Wonderful office staff, especially Ashlie! And an amazing maintenance team that responds quickly and always does great work. Beautiful apartments and an awesome place to live.

Ive been living at Luminary since December and it has been awesome. My leasing specialist Marilyn was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues we have. Property is beautiful with lots of open space, trees, and a lake in the middle. Highly recommend for anyone!!

I went for a tour of Luminary this weekend, and I was very impressed. Not only was the property, beautiful and clean but the staff member who helps us Was kind and knowledgeable, and went out of her way to make sure that we had all the information that we needed to make an informed decision. I absolutely recommend renting at the luminary. They have everything you want and when you go definitely ask for Marilyn she was excellent! Five stars!

I am not yet a resident, however, I wanted to commend Harrison Burch on his wonderful hospitality skills! His energy and presence throughout the tour was so inviting and encouraging. He was very knowledgeable about the property and acknowledged what was most important to me when choosing a home. He highlighted all of the wonderful amenities the community has to offer and practically had me sold by the end of the tour. He was able to make a wonderful connection with me and secure my interest in this property. From my first impressions, I can certainly say that it appears there is an exceptional team on hand to support a truly great place to live! I look forward to hopefully becoming a resident soon!
