We paid CASH to get our bathroom vanity countertop done. Had an appointment for them to install...no show. Reason...death in the family. (My husband took day off). Rescheduled for them to come out again...NO SHOW. Have been calling IRENE, non stop...no answer. I will be going to the courthouse tomorrow to file a civil lawsuit...this is what happens when you try to keep small business owners in business. ALL SMALL BUSINESSES BEWARE...THIS IS WHY PEOPLE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH YOU!!!

MAN there are no words to describe!!!!!! Do not give them a chance to take your money like they did to my family. Un experienced guys that install cabinets and "granite" without tools. Over ten thousand on a kitchen that is not finished. I will be taking them to court. Service: Countertops

Called for information about new granite counter tops. Spoke to a nice young lady but she was super unhelpful due to what appeared to be sheer lack of knowledge. She took my information and promised a call back quickly. I never did hear back. It's been about a month. That's certainly not the way to impress potential new customers. We went with another company for this reason.
