Dave Thomas would be spinning in his grave! I ordered 2 small chilis. I was told they're out of small chilli and I can only buy a large chili. I said, "sell me a small chilli portion the large cup." The cashier said, "I can't do that!" I said, "okay 2 large chilis and a few catsup packs." I'm sorry, "we're out of catsup!" Can't your employees think outside the box to solve a problem? I don't know if ineptness sits with employees or poor management? Wauchula Wendy's, either eliminate the ignorance or just close your doors until you learn what customer service really means! By the way, the burger I also ordered had plenty of catsup on it!

I went get breakfast and wanted a small which is the menu price and the lady asked me if I wanted medium or large, I asked if they had small and she said no but my order on the screen showed small and she hurry up and changed it so when I stated that it just said small but she changed it she then said "medium or large ma'am" I told her I'll go somewhere else, I really like Wendy's breakfast but I don't like being lied to as a paying customer who has had small so I left and went to Burger King where small is an option.. something so little can cause people to leave and bad customer service is one of them
