I can't say enough about this hotel and the staff. I have stayed at a few staybridge suites across the country, it's my preferred IHG hotel but some have been so bad it tarnishes the staybridge name, not the case with Vero Beach!
Seriously I came on vacation to just relax for a few days, first time to the area and basically I spent 80% of the week by the pool. You would never know you're behind a few buildings off a main road...it's like a mini resort back there. You hear no outside traffic. The grounds are so well taken care of, the pool was beautiful, the outside in the back, beautiful.
My room was amazing and there was a great laundry/fitness center.
I will say the Internet is lacking, I could not download many things but then again I was not there to sit on my computer so I got over it. The water pressure could be a bit better but a switch of the showerheads could do the trick but I find low water pressure in the area, common. Neither of those things are enough to write off this little gem. The real star of this hotel though is the STAFF, front desk, cleaners, kitchen, grounds crew, security, literally everyone was fantastic. They treat you like family, Jenn was a star from the beginning for me but seriously this staff takes care of this hotel and it's people and I hope they are treated in the way by mgmt that they treat their guests. I highly, highly recommend this property and will most certainly make this my Vero Beach hotel. It's not near the water but it's a real easy quick drive and you're near any store or restaurant you could need. For a restaurant I highly recommend driving to Fort Pierce one time and trying Chucks or going down the road in VB to Jeremiah's ice for a fun treat!! Thank you again SBS for a great visit!

Safety: Security walks the grounds at night which made me feel better about my car on site.
Food & drinks: Great breakfast, fun good social hours for a quick snack.
